OPES Trust Terms and Conditions:
1. The OPES Trust is governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa, and all personal information collected and processed by the Trust will be done so in accordance with this legislation.
2. The Trust will only collect personal information that is necessary for the purposes of carrying out its functions and activities. This information will be collected lawfully and fairly, and individuals will be informed of the reasons for its collection.
3. Personal information collected by the Trust will be kept secure and confidential, and will not be disclosed to any third parties without the consent of the individual concerned, unless required by law.
4. Individuals have the right to access and update their personal information held by the Trust, and to request its deletion if it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.
5. The Trust will take all reasonable measures to ensure that personal information is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the purposes for which it was collected.
