OPES Trust Terms and Conditions:
1. The OPES Trust is governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa, and all personal information collected and processed by the Trust will be done so in accordance with this legislation.
2. The Trust will only collect personal information that is necessary for the purposes of carrying out its functions and activities. This information will be collected lawfully and fairly, and individuals will be informed of the reasons for its collection.
